Children should not go to malls alone

Police urge parents not to allow their children to go to malls without supervision.

Parents and guardians should not send their children to the malls alone said Constable Constance Nyathi from the Diepkloof Police.

Nyathi said that they have had disturbing reports about people who are allegedly kidnapping children at the local mall.

“We had a disturbing case where two children were allegedly nearly kidnapped at the local mall. As the police we are asking parents to keep a close eye on their children and never send them to the shops alone,” she said.
