Dying park to be brought back to life

30 trees will be planted as part of a park restoration project in Bramfischer.

This morning, CPF chairperson in Sector One, Joel Mabaso was busy digging holes for planting trees to be donated by City Parks & Zoo.

Mabaso said City Parks agreed to contribute 30 trees to help beautify a park situated at Breezy Street by the bonded homes in Bramfischer.

“I pleaded with them to help the community keep this park space alive and they’re willing to do just that,” he said.

While on site, a City Parks employee came to check on the progress and where the trees are to be planted.
