Dobsonville mall experiences power interruptions
Businesses were forced to close early due to lack of power.
Dobsonville Shopping Centre has been without electricity for the past three days.
Power failure resulted in blackout in all the stores.
In some of the stores candles were lit to brighten the place whilst others used generators.
Marketing manager Sharon Radebe said power went off on Friday and was restored late yesterday.
Radebe said Eskom was contacted to go do check-ups at the mall.
She confirmed that power has been restored and that today all stores are open.
Spar Bramfischer is experiencing the same problem but sometimes power gets restored.
