A 42-old-man dies in a shack fire.

A 42-year-old man died of smoke inhalation on Saturday at Diepkloof Zone 5.

According to the police on the scene the man’s shack caught fire in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The victim’s clothes were still intact which made the police suspect that he died of smoke inhalation. The body was taken to the Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
