Last Tuesday Mapetla Concerned Women, teamed up with SANCA and Nicro and hosted a workshop at Seanamarena High School to raise their concerns about the rocketing number of drug and alcohol abuse among young people.
The event was also supported by Moroka Police Station and their councillor who all walked around the as they distributed pamphlets.
The pamphlets were about tips on how to stay away from drugs and alcohol.
