Gauteng Department of Education’s head of communications, Phumla Sekhonyane said the MEC for Education, Barbara Creecy will on April 7 launch an admission campaign at the Johannesburg Park Station.
Sekhonyane said this is to address the stampede on late registrations since there is also limited space in Gauteng schools.
“We want to encourage people to apply early for space at schools,” she said.
The programme will start at 6am.
