Eskom plans supply interuption in Chiawelo and Mapetla
Should circumstances beyond the control of Eskom arise, the planned electricity maintenance may not proceed as communicated.
Eskom would like to notify customers in Chiawelo and Mapetla in Soweto of an ememrgency electricity supply interupption on Thursday, 14 from 23:00 to 04:00.
The outage is due to an essential maintenance on the network. which is aimed at averting prolonged supply interuptions in the future.
Eskom apologises for the inconvenience the supply interuption mayy cause.
For safety reasons, customers are urged to treat all electrical points as live at all times.
