The second suspect in the Luke Tibbetts case has appeared separately at the Newlands Court.
The 28-year-old is facing charges of pointing of a firearm.
The court heard of his previous cases that he was not prosecuted for.
Cases like theft of a motor vehicle and fraud were mentioned.
According to the police’s Gordon Billings the suspect charges has not changed like the first accused.
He is expected to re-appear on the August 18.
The memorial service of Tibbetts will be held at his parents’ house on Wednesday at 7pm.
