Local businesses have had enough with theft

The Soweto Women In Construction have established a cooperative organisation but are now finding it hard to establish a flow in business because of theft that takes place in the area.

The cooperative functions from a school that has been closed down for some years and as a result, there is no security at the school and thieves are able to do as they please.

The chairperson of the corporative says a case has been opened against the perpetrators and they have put plans in place to beef up the security at the school.
