Residents are encouraged to head to Thokoza Park on May 31, with clothes and blankets that they would like to donate to charity.
On the day festivities will run from 9am to 1pm and there will be lots of entertainment for the entire family.
After residents have handed over their clothing and blankets, the MAQ crew will then gather and wash these items and let them dry on a massive washing line.
Marketing Director of Bliss Brands, Jacqueline Jacobs said afterwards these goods will be donated to orphanages and homes as they will be looking new and smelling fresh.
