Petrol price is set to increase by 29 cents for 93 unleaded petrol (ULP) and replacement petrol (ULP) whereas 95 ULP and LRP will increase by 31 cents per litre.
Amount of diesel will go up by 14 cents per litre, illuminating paraffin will increase by 31 cents and liquefied petroleum gas will rise by 58 cents per kilogram.
These new price will be effective as from July 2 and this is according to the Department of Energy.
The department said this increase is caused by international factors including crude oil prices, the rand/dollar exchange rate and the price of finished products.
