A 22-year-old man was arrested for an armed robbery incident after the victim identified him.
The police said the robbery happened on April 3.
The police spokesperson Sibusiso Chauke, said the victim was allegedly instructed to hand over her belongings when two men, one carrying a gun and the other, a knife approached her.
They allegedly snatched her handbag that had her ID, cell phone and bank card.
Days later the victim was able to identify the alleged robber.
He will appear in the Orlando Magistrate Court soon.
The police said the other suspect is still on the run.
