Exercise facilitator, Junior Dhlamini said there is still room for elderly who want to partake in the daily exercise routines at Nokuphila Recreation Centre.
Dhlamini said victims of chronic diseases and pregnant women are her main target.
She said exercising keeps people healthy and fit.
“It is important to look after ourselves to keep control of our health and lives,” said Dhlamini.
The exercise class is open every Monday to Wednesday at Nokuphila Recreation Centre. Class is for free.
It lasts from 9am to 10am.
