Cell-phone networks to cut call rates

Vodacom and MTN to cut call rates by 20 cents.

South Africans can expect to pay 20 cents cheaper for calls, only in the next six months.

More cuts are expected to be made in the next few years.

The giants of mobile networks took the regulator to court for the proposed decrease in how much they charge for calls on other networks.
