Poor turn out at school holiday programme
Parents asked to motivate their children to attend holiday programmes.
The school holiday programme has had a poor response as less than 10 children have attended since the beginning of the week.
Coordinator and facilitator of the programme Tebogo Radebe said the project was aimed at helping children with literacy, but they have been disappointed with the turn out.
He said they urge parents to encourage their children to make use of such opportunities in future and to use services provided by the library.
